How To Build A Passion

Have you ever wondered how people become famous? How did Martin Luther King realize he had a dream. How did Whitney Houston become a songstress and actress, how did two Washington's become both a President and a Movie Star? How did President Barack Obama become an Author, State Representative and the first Black President of the United States? It all came around Passion.
Yes, some can see a truth and blame it on a "secret society", others can say they were "blessed" into their positions. Yet, without the determination and passion these same individuals would have been the next Joe living in whatever area they chose to live in.
Passions are built on a desire to change your immediate circumstance. When we become older and wiser, we find something within ourselves. Some of us find it later than others. What we find, is a needed legacy we can leave behind. For our children, grandchildren or others to view concerning who we really were.
A passion is something that builds upon itself daily. A passion never sleeps. A passion is never satisfied and it hungers for a sense of satisfaction that only completing it can give. When we wake to the same mundane lifestyle without a passion, we bury it in negativity. This is not a good thing.
Passion was built from being tired of the life I was living, feeling as though my purpose on this earth was to accomplish something, and the need for self fulfillment. These concepts, along with desperation to care and support my family and myself after being let down so many times from companies, organizations and franchises, helped me see matters needed to be taken into my own hands.
Yet, this building of my passion, for me, had to come from something that went beyond the basics. I needed to help someone while helping myself. God did not allow me to have such strong abilities and gifts to keep them separate from what I would do each day. So, I began talking with others about success! An idea dawned on me that people needed direction in what they were trying to pursue. A passionate drive showed me my gift was to direct, motivate and process ideas from everything learned over the years, and help others to do the same. Everything has been a stepping stone for something new each time I embark upon a change in my life.
So, take from this article everything you need and dispose of what you don't. Then search deep within yourself and find what passions have become awakened. May the essence of God, bless your soul to begin to see the purpose in why you are truly here.
